« This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. My wife and I stayed here and we will be coming back soon because we loved it so much. »

"Great hotel with lots of dinning options around. The staff were friendly and we were greated with an early check-in as our room was ready- this was very appreciated. The room was clean however the shower and the bathrrom had mold and would require a deep clean and the couch was very dirty and would either need to be deep cleaned or just replaced. We kept our car in the hotel outside parking lot just across the steet and there wes mountains of garbages like a garbage dump in the parking lot. This is not acceptable for an international standard hotel. It would require a half day of work with a truck to clean up. Also, just beside the hotel, there is a vacant lot with garbage hills that were visible from our hotel balcony which again could be an easy fix for the hotel to improve the view of the guests and the hotel reputation."
